"I am consistently impressed with the service at Metropolitan Garage. The level of cleanliness, obvious care for their work, and thoroughness are far above the average for service facilities in Fairbanks. They also respond quickly to email for scheduling appointments, which is a huge convenience for me. They work fast and I'm usually able to be in and out with an oil change in the morning in less than an hour. And they embrace technology - my oil change invoice today featured a link to a digital inspection report with details of my car's inspection and service, very useful for keeping personal maintenance records."

"As always I can trust Metro will do quality work, and go above and beyond with top notch customer service. I very much appreciate the fact that I can trust Metro will do what is only essential to keep my 3 very aging vehicles happy and running thru the long hard Fairbanks winter. On many occasions I have requested work to possibly be done on one of my 3 cars, and Metro will only do the work if and when the work is necessary. This has usually resulted in the final cost being less than I was quoted or expected. Thanks for keeping my aging rigs healthy and alive Metro!"

"Steve has, in my experience, always been reliable and efficient with his work. Metro isn't necessarily the cheapest garage, but you get what you pay for; the work is thorough and top-notch. Definitely the place to go for your Toyota. I do wish I had a little more opportunity to go over with him the details each time, but that being said, they use a fantastic system that allows them to detail each point of work, including pictures, that you can check from home and review. Metropolitan definitely has my continuing business."
