This management position is fast-paced and fulfilling. Often customers need help prioritizing repairs based on budget, timeline, and vehicle condition. This requires understanding, patience and excellent people skills on the part of our staff. Ability and willingness to understand automotive systems and the process of repairs is key. Staff must be aggressive about educating themselves and each other throughout the repair process. Every day brings a new wrinkle on the century-old business of auto repair, and we make it our business to understand precisely how things work so we can, in turn, communicate this intelligently to our customers.At METRO Garage, it’s not about cars – it’s about PEOPLE.
